Is this a subscription?

No. Recruiter charges a single $39 fee per job posting when you publish it. There is no monthly or annual plan, and nothing renews automatically.

What does the $39 cover?

It covers everything for that one posting: the public or confidential listing, unlimited applicants, interview scheduling, panel scorecards, and the audit log for as long as the posting stays open.

Do I pay before or after I see applicants?

You build the posting for free. The $39 charge happens once, at the moment you publish it live. Draft postings never cost anything.

What if I never fill the role?

The posting stays open, editable, and fully usable until you close it — there is no separate "success fee." The $39 pays for publishing and running the posting itself, not for a hire.

Do you offer discounts for hiring in bulk?

Not yet — every posting is $39 today, regardless of volume. If you're hiring for several roles at once, email support@opsveritas.com and we'll work something out directly.

How is this different from an ATS subscription?

Most applicant tracking systems charge monthly whether you're actively hiring or not. Recruiter only charges when you actually publish a role, so a team that hires twice a year pays for two postings, not twelve months of a seat license.
