Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recruiter ("Recruiter", "the Service"), operated by OpsVeritas ("OpsVeritas", "we", "us"). By creating an account or publishing a job posting, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Recruiter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your organization and the roles you post.

You agree not to use Recruiter to:

• Post job listings that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful
• Collect candidate information for any purpose unrelated to a genuine hiring process
• Attempt to access another organization's postings, candidates, or account data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written consent

Recruiter charges a single fee of $39 per job posting, billed at the moment you publish that posting. This is a one-time charge, not a subscription — there is no recurring billing, and nothing renews automatically. Building or saving a draft posting does not incur any charge.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our authorized reseller. Once a posting is published, the fee is non-refundable, including if you close the posting early, receive no applicants, or do not make a hire — the fee covers publishing and operating that posting, not a hiring outcome. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@opsveritas.com and we will review it.

We may change our pricing for future postings at any time; any change will not affect a posting you have already published and paid for.

You retain ownership of the job posting content, evaluation templates, and any other material you upload to Recruiter. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service — for example, showing your posting to candidates, or storing scorecards for your hiring panel.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your job postings, including compliance with applicable employment and equal-opportunity laws in your jurisdiction.

When you use Recruiter to collect applications, you act as the data controller for that candidate information, and Recruiter acts as a data processor on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes what candidate data we store and how. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process candidate data through Recruiter, and for responding to candidate requests about their own information in line with applicable law.

We aim to keep Recruiter available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, or permanently discontinue a feature, with reasonable notice where practical.

Recruiter, its underlying software, and its branding are the property of OpsVeritas. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you, beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

Confidential job postings are visible only through their unlisted link and to panelists you explicitly add. We treat both confidential postings and candidate data as confidential information and will not disclose them except as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or as you direct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsVeritas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Recruiter, including hiring decisions made using information from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify OpsVeritas against claims arising from your job postings, your hiring decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Recruiter at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Postings already published and paid for remain accessible for a reasonable wind-down period after termination so you can export your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpsVeritas is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify account owners directly.
